project identification, evaluation and filing of all federal, state and
local permitting for project development.
1994-Present President, Northwest Power Services, Inc. Responsible for operation,
maintenance and regulatory compliance for the Island Park, Buffalo
River, Ross Creek, North Willow Creek, Pine Creek, Wisconsin - Noble
Fork, and South Willow Creek Hydroelectric Projects.
1988-1994 Project Manager, Bingham Engineering, Salt Lake City, Utah.
Responsible for construction activities, subcontractor performance,
environmental compliance, and on site resource agency interface for all
major hydroelectric projects.
